Kathy called off her wedding to Rocky during dramatic scenes on Wednesday’s episode of EastEnders.
He was forced to admit that he got married 25 years ago and they never got divorced – ahead of his upcoming nuptials to Kathy.
In another shock twist the end of the episode saw the arrival of Rocky’s wife Jo, played by ‘Allo ‘Allo! star Vicki Michelle.
Rocky was horrified to see his wife in the Square as she barged into No45 and revealed her identity to Kathy.
After Kathy found out she broke down and said to him: ‘Why the hell didn’t you tell me this before, will you leave me in a year? Is there any more?
‘You sodding men. I thought you were different. I’ll never believe you – the wedding is off – just get out of my life!’
He retorted: ‘But you’ve been married loads! It was 25 years ago, we should never have got married in the first place.
‘Thing is – I never quite got round to being divorced. l’ll find her and sort it out. We can get through this!’
She stormed off crying before Jo then turned up at her house – leaving their romantic future in the balance.
Earlier in the episode he grew concerned that his past would catch up with him as he and Kathy prepared to meet the Vicar to discuss their upcoming nuptials.
Back at home, Rocky struggled to contain his guilt as he overheard Kathy gushing to Bobby about her second chance at love.
Rocky retreated to the backyard but he was interrupted by a concerned Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) who was stunned when Rocky revealed he got married 25 years ago and they never got divorced.
Sonia was disgusted to learn about Rocky’s secret, and gave him an ultimatum – to tell Kathy by the end of the day or she would.
Rocky headed home to meet with Kathy and the Vicar where he continued to lie about his past.
Sonia shared her disdain for Rocky to Reiss who managed to convince Sonia to take a more sympathetic view.
Panicked that she may have ruined everything, she rushed over to No.45 on a false pretence.
Later, Reiss and Sonia strategised with Rocky about his predicament and he started to feel more optimistic about the future.
Rocky enlisted the help of Sonia, Reiss and Harvey to try and track down his wife, Jo but to no avail.
In the café, Freddie (Bobby Brazier) sensed Reiss’ struggle and stepped in and tracked Jo down within minutes… but when he learnt about Rocky’s lies, Freddie headed to the car lot and took his revenge.
Later Freddie told Rocky that he tracked Jo down and gave her Kathy’s address and the soap lothario was horrified when he spotted his wife approaching No.45 to reveal her identity to Kathy.
Will Rocky be able to save his wedding to Kathy? Or will Jo ruin everything?
