The Tyrone Dobbs actor has been making the most of his father and daughter time after his jungle stint
Alan Halsall is clearly making the most of his father and daughter time after spending the best part of a month away from his only child while taking part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
The Coronation Street star made it clear how much he was missing his daughter, Sienna-Rae, who he shares with ex-wife and former Corrie co-star Lucy-Jo Hudson, while he was in the jungle.
He eneded up being the seventh campmate to leave the jungle, just behind TikTok star GK Barry, in a double elimination days before the final of the ITV jungle show, which took place on Sunday (December 8), which saw Danny Jones crowned king.
Following the cast’s huge reunion, the stars were packing up and headed back home early last week. And as soon as he stepped foot outside of Manchester Airport, Alan was reunited with his beloved daughter Sienna.
The 11-year-old could be seen running up to her dad as they embraced before they held hands as they walked out of the airport with huge smiles on their faces.
Taking to Instagram later after they’d had time to catch-up, Alan, who is famed for playing Tyrone Dobbs in ITV’s Corrie, shared a photo of the moment they were back together to his Instagram Story and said: “My heart is full again,” alongside a red heart emoji.
Now, Alan has been seen getting in the festive spirit with Sienna and after getting his home Christmas-ready, the pair were seen out in Manchester as they headed to watch Jason Manford lead the pantomime cast of Cinderella at Manchester’s Opera House.
Sharing updates on social media, Alan shared a sweet snap of himself and Sienna enjoying dinner at San Carlo as he said: “Pre-pantomime meal,” before adding a GIF which said: “I love my daughter”. The pair then hit the red carpet and were seen beaming for the camera outside the theatre as they co-ordinated in black and white outfits.
And it was clearly a fun night out as Alan later shared a video of the closing moments of the show and gushed: “Fantastic panto (oh year it was!) @palaceandopera. @JasonManford @bennicklesscomic and the rest of the cast were amazing!”
It comes after Alan was seen reuniting with one of his Corrie co-stars over the weekend. Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland in the ITV soap, paid his pal a visit at his home and shared a picture of the pair on Instagram, which Andy captioned: “Reunited with @alanhalsall.”
Corrie castmate Colson Smith joked: “You should have both been in your jungle outfits ha!” while former co-star Catherine Tyldesley replied: “Jungle legends.” Manchester City star Jack Grealish also responded to the post with a string of clapping emojis.
