Emmerdale’s Will Taylor is left feeling guilty next week as he slips up amid the mystery missing Rose Jackson storyline
Will Taylor is left feeling guilty next week on Emmerdale as he slips up.
Soap watchers were left stunned earlier this year when Rose Jackson made her debut, where it was revealed that she is the estranged ex-wife of Will and mother of Dawn Taylor. Rose revealed she and Will had been married, with it clear she’d walked out on them when Dawn was a baby, if not a toddler.
Since then, it’s been revealed that Rose, who isn’t a fan of Will’s new wife Kim Tate, has a connection with another villager Ruby Fox-Milligan with the two carrying out a secret sinister plan to target Kim plus ruin her relationship Will. After framing Kim for spiking Dawn’s drink and sleeping with Will, Rose was finally thwarted as Kim took her revenge.
Will tried to hide the fact he and Rose had slept together, and while Rose stayed quiet Kim could see the guilt written over Will’s face. She and Will drove Rose to the middle of nowhere, warning her no one would likely stop for her. But shortly after this, a car did pull over – with eagle-eyed fans spotting it had Home Farm written on the side. We did not see who the driver was but Rose seemed startled to see them.

The episode later went back to the location, and Rose had vanished, as had the car. Her handbag was on the ground with its contents spilled, with no clue as to where she was and what had happened to her, or if she’d even got in the car.
Following this, Dawn has been worried about her mum and keen to find her. Kim has done a disappearing act after Will’s betrayal, while they have both been accusing each other of being involved in Rose going missing. Next week, Will is worried sick as Kim remains AWOL and his ex Rose is still missing, feared dead. As his daughter Dawn decides to hunt her down unaware that Will and Kim are part of the reason she vanished, Will starts to panic his lies will be rumbled.
Neither Will or Kim have admitted to harming Rose and it seems a mystery character found her after they’d dumped her in the middle of nowhere. But when Dawn vows to find her mum as Evan might need a bone marrow transplant, a guilty Will does the unthinkable and texts Dawn yet again from Rose’s phone – but will he be found out?
