Emmerdale’s missing youngster April Windsor could be making a shock return to the Dales – and fans ‘know’ exactly who brings her back
Emmerdale fans are certain they know when April Windsor returns to the Dales – and she won’t be alone.
The teenager (Amelia Flanagan) has been missing since Christmas Day – with April last seen getting in a strange car driven by a mysterious individual.
April’s disappearance came following a difficult few weeks in the Dales. Not only was she abducted by dangerous Jade (Twinnie-Lee Moore ), but April also found out the truth about her mum Donna’s (Verity Rushworth) death in 2014.
April then turned to booze and drugs and clashed with her dad Marlon (Mark Charnock) – before going missing. Since then, Marlon has been left reeling, determined to try and find out where April is, along with the rest of the village.
This week, Marlon made a video appeal online, in the hope that April would somehow see it and come home. Tragically though, despite the video going viral, nasty trolls made accusations about Marlon, claiming he was involved in her disappearance.
However, fans have now ‘worked out’ when April will make her comeback – and they ‘know’ exactly who will bring her back to the village.
Emmerdale recently unveiled a dramatic preview of what’s to come this February, promising a treacherous start to the year for some of the village’s beloved characters.
The gripping storyline features a terrifying car crash and a frozen lake, with multiple lives hanging in the balance.
With the dramatic scenes playing out on screen in February, fans think this will coincide with the return of April. On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one person reacted to the ice stunt, and wrote: “So this when April returns?”
Others agreed and penned: “Most likely.” A third wrote: “Yes I thought this too! I don’t think they will drag it out for any longer.”
Other people shared their thoughts that former Dales legend Kelly Windsor (Adele Silva) could even bring her back. The viewer said: “Wasn’t there talks about Kelly coming back. Maybe she’s gone to her and she brings April back.”
Echoing their thoughts, another wrote: “I would love it if Kelly came back. Perhaps she finds April and this is her return storyline?” Someone else declared: “That would be epic.”
Kelly is April’s aunt. She was last seen in the famous Dales back in 2011, when she decided to leave the village and start a new life in London.
