Rose continues with a new morning routine, arriving at Tane’s house to search the place in case he’s hiding Perri there. Tane is frustrated at this waste of time as the police refuse to believe that he isn’t involved in Perri’s runaway plan.

Theo continues to hide out Perri at the garage, but he worries when Rose informally questions him at the garage. Realising that things can’t go on like this, Theo approaches Tane and brings him straight to Perri.

Perri is upset by Theo betraying his confidence like this, but Tane urges him to make the right decision himself.

Later, Rose discovers that the autopsy report into Carl’s death doesn’t match Perri’s story. The report states that Perri may not have been acting in self-defence and he may have ignored opportunities to save his father’s life.

Rose shares this information with Tane just as Perri arrives to hand himself in. With the allegations now more serious, Rose arrests Perri for the murder of his father.

Meanwhile, Dana is by Harper’s side when the baby kicks for the first time. The sisters share a moment of excitement and compassion, agreeing that they’ll do everything they can to take care of the baby.

Elsewhere, Abigail assures Mali that she’ll stay professional with Kirby during work hours. However, Mali is frustrated when the tensions continue.
