Will she say yes?
Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks’ Robbie Roscoe is set to reveal his surprise proposal plans for his girlfriend Vicky Grant.
The soap jumped forward a year in time this week, with viewers finally learning what happened after a dramatic stunt week that resulted in the deaths of multiple characters.
The time-jump episodes saw Robbie back living in the village after fatally shooting Blue, aka Dave Williams.
It was also revealed that he is in a relationship with Vicky, who secretly has feelings for Ethan Williams, despite him being engaged to Sienna.
Elsewhere, Freddie has begun caring for his daughter Lexi again after getting out of prison earlier this year. Robbie notably looked after Lexi while his brother was locked away, and still wants access to her.
This week, Robbie expressed his frustration at Freddie after he forgot to pack Lexi’s epilepsy medication for school.
In scenes set to air next week, Robbie and Freddie are arguing over who should have custody of Lexi. It is then revealed that social services are set to pay a visit to Freddie and Grace. Will they deem him a fit parent?
Later, Robbie asks Lexi to help him with a special proposal he’s planned for Vicky. Will she say yes?
Tuesday’s (September 17) episode saw Sienna warn Vicky to stay away from Ethan, with a new rivalry set to begin between the pair.
Anna Passey, who plays Sienna, recently spoke to Digital Spy about the “complicated” storyline, revealing that her character will have “a lot more” scenes with Vicky.
“Vicky doesn’t really want to drop it, she’s not willing to lose out on Ethan. So I think that becomes quite problematic,” she said.
“And then obviously we’ll see some things that have happened in the year that will have an effect, and we’ll see a lot more Sienna and Vicky scenes as well. There’s a lot of good stuff coming up. It’s a complicated situation.”
Hollyoaks airs on Mondays – Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
