Hollyoaks confirms winter trailer release and teases festive drama

Winter is coming…

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks has confirmed that the soap’s new winter trailer will be released next week, teasing lots of festive drama for the village.

All the soaps are currently gearing up for Christmas with exciting storylines coming to a climax – and Hollyoaks is no different, with some big episodes ahead.

On Monday, November 25 at 4pm, the much-anticipated Hollyoaks winter trailer will be released on the soap’s social media platforms, giving fans a first preview of what they can expect during the festive season.

But for now, a short teaser trailer has dropped online, which hints at which characters will be involved in dramatic plots this December – with “a passion reignited and a family reunited”.

Vicky and Robbie’s relationship has had a lot of ups and downs recently, and while they are currently back together, Vicky’s head has been turned by none other than his brother Freddie.

Vicky and Freddie slept together while they were at odds with their partners Robbie and Grace. Afterwards, they regretted what they had done, but as the new clip shows them walking towards each other, the pair may have unfinished business.

Meanwhile, Cleo is still being held by Abe in his flat, while her family think she is in Bali. On the outside, Abe is engaged to Peri, but Cleo believes that he has now split up with her.

In the trailer, Cleo looks terrified, while Abe looks to be destroying the Christmas decorations in the basement. Will Cleo be okay?

Elsewhere, it seems that the Blakes are celebrating Christmas together as a happy family. But in another shot, Sienna doesn’t look happy, while it has been revealed that Jez will continue to manipulate his mum Martha in upcoming scenes.

Mercedes and Theresa also appear in the teaser trailer, ahead of Myra and Nana McQueen returning to the village this December.

With Mercedes’ cancer battle continuing to weigh heavy on the family, will the new arrivals manage to spread some much-needed Christmas cheer?

All will be revealed on Monday…

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
