Emmerdale 2025 spoilers have teased at least three if not four deaths are on the way, with one character trapped, another flatlining and two other twists teased

There could be three deaths set to air in the coming months on Emmerdale, amid hints of a “disaster” tearing the village apart.

Lives are set to be changed forever in a possible stunt, as a night out leads to devastation. But that’s not the only trauma on the way it seems, with hints three or four characters could face a grisly end.

One character is shown flatlining in a flashforward clip, while another character looks set to be killed off as a funeral is held. Then there’s the murder shocker, as a body wrapped in black or green sheeting is dumped into a river.

Another potential death sees a mystery character trapped underneath ice, fighting for survival. There’s also a preview clip of one character running away from something, as if they are in danger.

Amid reports this year that Leyla Harding was set to be killed off, could she be one of these unlucky victims? Or does this mean there’s even more death and horror on the way?

Mackenzie Boyd is the character seen fearing for his life, running – but who is after him and will it end badly? As for the bodybag, we have no idea who is in there but they’ve obviously been murdered.

A mystery character is seen kicking the wrapped body into a river clearly trying to cover up the death. So who has been killed and who is behind it? In a likely separate twist, Cain Dingle is seen sobbing at someone’s grave.

We don’t know who it belongs to, but there’s flowers and a funeral has just taken place judging by the plot and what Cain is wearing. Could it be his brother Caleb Miligan who dies, given another flashforeard showed him flatlining in hospital?

What happens to him and is he about to be killed off? If it isn’t Caleb, who could Cain be mourning? Is he about to lose his wife Moira DIngle amid her brain tumour battle?

Of course it could all be a red herring, and maybe no one actually dies. Could it be a dream sequence, or are we really about to lose several residents?

Another death could be revealed as one unknown character gets trapped under ice. They’re seen banging on it with their hand underneath, trying to break free.

Interestingly, it’s Dawn Taylor and Joe Tate who feature in the present day scene just before this clip airs. Has Dawn taken revenge over her dad’s death? Is it Joe under the ice? Viewers will just have to stay tuned for more details, and to find out who lives and who dies.
