Monday’s episode of Emmerdale has landed on ITVx

Emmerdale spoilers reveal the village is coming to terms with two shock exits while a major return has been teased.

Monday’s edition of Emmerdale has dropped on ITVx. It is fair to say the village hasn’t completely been swept in festive cheer.

Scenes show much of the discussion focused on the recent exit of Amelia and daughter Esther. In the village, Sarah and Jacob were seen discussing how Noah had handled Amelia leaving.

“He didn’t get to say goodbye to her,” Sarah explained to Jacob. “You can bet he’ll be all fun and games over Christmas.”

Belle went to visit father Zak’s grave with Vinny. She told Vinny that Amelia, who left last week, was settling in her new home in Leicestershire.

Vinny replied: “It is happy Christmas Amelia then.” In Monday’s episode, Emmerdale viewers will see Belle suspicious of whether her pet dog Piper actually died – or if it was another of ex-partner Tom’s lies.

Elsewhere, a festive concert is taking place in the village to mark the year anniversary of Heath’s death and teenager April’s downward spiral is seen to continue.

Confronting his daughter, Marlon asked: “Why are you talking to your mates about buying weed?” Later, a desperate Marlon has an altercation with Ross and tells him to stay away from his daughter.

In Monday’s episode, Peter is seen to put more pressure on Will about the pair’s plot against Kim. Will reveals who he thinks Peter’s ‘boss’ is.

Thinking it is Jamie Tate, Will stated: “There’s only one other person who wants to take Kim down as much as I do…that bitter and twisted son of hers.”
