Friday’s episode of Emmerdale sees Mark Jordon repise his role as Daz Spencer
Emmerdale has waved goodbye to two villagers as viewers warned there’s ‘more to come’ from a villain.
As spoilers show from Friday’s episode, which is now available to watch on ITVx, the village is still reacting to Tom’s imprisonment. His abuse victims Belle and Amelia share emotional scenes.
Belle said: “Yesterday was such a high and it was really overwhelming.” Belle was seen talking about missing dog Piper – who she believes to be dead.
A doubtful Mandy, fearing Tom may return to the village one day, said: “I can’t escape this feeling that there’s more to come.”
Impacted by recent events, Amelia decides to leave the village with daughter Esther. She is seen to gather her loved ones to reveal the news.
“We are moving to Leicester,” Amelia said. “We are leaving today.”
Amelia, played by Daisy Campbell, spoke of needing a fresh start. For a one-off appearance Daz, played by returning star Mark Jordon, helped Amelia and Esther leave. It was the first time viewers had seen Daz in the village since 2019.
Some Emmerdale fans have made their predictions on what will happen next for Belle after Tom’s punishment. On X, we saw @John_UK1 post: “#emmerdale Piper the dog will return at Christmas and all will be well with the world once again.” Agreeing, @BeavenJill added: “I wonder if Belle will be reunited with Piper now.”
You can watch Friday’s Emmerdale on ITVx or when it airs on ITV1 at 7.30pm.
