Emmerdale viewers have praised Ross and April’s ‘cute’ relationship after she told him who the father to her stillborn baby was.

Fans have gone as far to say he would make a better dad than Marlon. On tonight’s episode of the ITV soap, Ross found April stood by Donna’s gravestone when they had a heart-to-heart about her running away.

April Windsor came clean to Ross about her pregnancy. She told him the father was a lad from a party whose name she didn’t even know – but that he had made her laugh. Viewers were quick to recognise Ross’ paternal instincts and how supportive he was of her.
