Emmerdale’s latest episode teased the identity of Will Taylor’s blackmailer after a break-in at Home Farm, with fans convinced Kim Tate was in cahoots with someone
Emmerdale viewers are convinced the latest episode revealed Kim Tate was Will Taylor’s blackmailer, and that she’s working with another resident.
Will has been receiving threatening messages and money demands, after his secret fling with ex Rose Jackson recently. He’s yet to tell wife Kim about his betrayal, while his daughter Dawn recently learned the truth.
Viewers are convinced Kim knows about the betrayal, given her recent treatment towards her husband. This week Will was injured in the barn explosion, meaning he missed his meeting with his mystery tormentor.
He was meant to give them a load of money in exchange for their silence, but missing the drop-off meant the mystery tormentor heightened the threats. Things took a turn on Friday when Will was informed of a break-in at Home Farm.
Kim revealed someone stole her beloved horse, while Will soon believed his watch had been stolen too. Kim claimed she could not apprehend the thief, and Will was worried it was the person who had been targeting him.

But as the police questioned Kim, she seemed to suggest Will might have an idea who was behind it. Claiming to be concerned for him, she appeared to put their recent drama behind them while suggesting she had no idea who could have targeted them.
Will felt guilty though believing the person blackmailing him was now targeting Kim, while Kim commented it “felt personal”. She asked if anyone “sprung to mind” in terms of someone having a grudge, and soon claimed she’d misplaced her phone.
We then saw Will leaving a voicemail to the person messaging him, telling them to leave Kim alone. But could Kim be behind the whole thing, and is she working with someone?
Viewers think so, suspecting Kim is plotting a dark revenge on Will for betraying her. They think she’s teamed up with Dawn’s husband Billy Fletcher to make Will pay for the drama with Rose.
One fan posted on social media: “I think Billy and Kim are working together against Will.” Another agreed: “Yep. Billy and Kim are soooo playing Will. It’s great,” as a third wrote: “Billy I think told Kim about Will & Rose & she’s taking revenge.”
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
