As four lives hang in the balance, Emmerdale fans ‘rumble’ the latest casualty following the devastating limo crash on Valentine’s Day

Emmerdale confirmed another person has died following the tragic limo crash.

During Tuesday’s tense trip to the village (February 18), available now on ITVX, the aftermath of the fatal limo crash continued as villagers fought for their lives. But not everyone survived.

Suzy Merton’s (Martelle Edinborough) was confirmed dead on Monday after dying on impact during the crash. Meanwhile, Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) tried frantically to escape from the frozen lake after becoming trapped beneath the ice.

As she stopped trying to break free, Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) heroically smashed through the ice and managed to pull her to safety.

But while Amy was in the lake she came face to face with another rotting dead body which was floating in the water.

Another trio of characters have been left fighting for their lives too as paramedics, doctors and nurses raced to prepare for the influx of hospital admissions.

We already know that Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) took a turn for the worse while Amy took a potentially deadly dip in the freezing water.

Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) was also critical as glass had impaled her body during the crash and Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton) battled to get her to safety.

Elsewhere, Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) was also seen unconscious after Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) swerved the limo to avoid hitting him before the vehicle crashed onto the lake.

As four ambulances raced to the hospital containing Noah, Amy, Liam and Leyla, paramedics could be seen giving CPR before confirming the person was ‘dead on arrival’. But who was it?

Emmerdale viewers have been left fearing Liam is the third person confirmed dead after Suzy and the mysterious body in the lake.

Liam had suffered a head injury and lost consciousness as paramedics put him in a neck brace as his life hung in the balance.

Taking to Facebook, one fan wrote: “I think it’s Liam that doesn’t make it. Tonight’s episode shows some of them getting taken to hospital, the spoilers online show the person dead has a head support brace on. The only one that has that as they enter the ambulance is Liam.”

A second added: “I think Liam too as on top of what you said, he had the paramedic with the beard who done the CPR.”

A third exclaimed: “Proper would annoy me if they kill Liam off, Leyla is gone for sure”, while another stated: “It better not be Liam!!!.”

“I hope it’s not Liam, he’s finally with Chas. Let there be a happy ending for these 2”, urged another fan.
