He gets caught in a trap.
EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders has teased danger for Vinny Panesar, as his dad Nish carries out his latest revenge plot.
Back in July, Nish found out that Vinny and Suki had been plotting against him to try to reclaim the empire of Panesar businesses.
He has already tried to take revenge on Suki by getting in touch with their former neighbour Ayesha, whose arrival in Walford caused trouble for Suki and Eve.
While this scheme only ended in Suki and Eve getting engaged, Nish has also promised that he has “big plans” for Vinny.
In this week’s episodes, Nish comes up with a plan when he finds out that undercover police are investigating the chicken shop business.
However, when Vinny makes the effort to invite Nish to his birthday party, he is touched and puts his plan on hold.
In scenes that will air next week, though, Nish continues his revenge and his plan to set Vinny up as the fall guy for the chicken shop’s money laundering.
To do this, Nish organises a handover of cash between Vinny and Harti in the Square gardens.
Vinny doesn’t realise what his dad is doing and, ignoring Suki’s concerns, he follows Nish’s orders and heads to the drop-off point.
But Suki feels that something is wrong, and in the café, she gets Harti to reveal that Nish has tipped off the police, and Vinny will be arrested when he arrives.
Suki manages to save the day and informs Vinny about Nish’s plan. Vinny returns to No.41 safely, and Suki tells him that he needs to leave Walford.
Vinny decides to follow his mum’s advice and gets in a cab to leave Albert Square, but he soon realises that it is a trap.
He is scared when he discovers that he has been set up, while Suki grows panicked when she struggles to get in touch with her son.
What does Nish have planned for Vinny, and will he be okay?
