Brooke Vincent said “I feel so heavy today” in a heartbreaking update
Brooke Vincent has been supported by fans after sharing an emotional update. The Coronation Street star said “a huge part” of her heart broke on October 5 following the death of her nan.
The actress revealed in November to her thousands of followers on Instagram that her nan had passed away. In her most recent post about the tragic loss, Brooke revealed that she has a “constant feeling of pain” alongside a series of photographs featuring her loved ones.
In an emotional post on Instagram on December 31, Brooke said: “New Year. I feel so heavy today!! Normally I would be putting up all of the good things that have happened over the year, all of the challenges I’ve overcome and the things I’m proud to say I’ve done, special memories that have been made, only this year all of those highs don’t even come close to the constant feeling of pain I’ve felt since losing my Nana.
“All of my New Year Memories growing up include you, Gran Canaria your favourite place with all our favourite people. I would cry every year for as long as I can remember at the overwhelming emotion of bringing in the new year being lucky enough to have both you and grandad by my side. I just hope wherever you are when the clock strikes 12 you know how much I love you. I huge part of my heart broke October 5th 2024.”
Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas commented four heart emojis in the comment section. Ellie Leach and Helen Flanagan were also among the commenters and shared heart emojis.
One fan said: “Oh I’m so sorry, I never knew your Nan passed. I used to howl watching your videos with her. Genuinely upset to read this. I lost my Granny in October this year too. Sending love and healing.” Another fan added: “Over 20 years and my heart still aches missing my nanna and grandad.im so sorry you are hurting.”
