Coronation Street is lining up some huge scenes next week according to new spoilers for the ITV soap, with returns, shocking discoveries, death hints and danger
There’s huge scenes ahead on Coronation Street next week, with new spoilers revealing danger, death hints, returns and revenge.
There is so much to unpack with several characters taking centre stage. We have an exit, a twist where that’s concerned and more than one character at risk.
There’s the crash fallout which leads to an arrest, trouble for more than one teen, big discoveries and a huge decision. Let’s kick things off with villain Rob Donovan, after a recent trailer confirmed a siege twist for him and his sister Carla Connor, as well as her girlfriend Lisa Swain.
Rob is on the run after escaping prison and holding his sister at gunpoint a few weeks ago, not to mention his attack on detective Lisa. Weatherfield residents are fearing for their safety as Rob remains at large, and next week he makes a comeback to the Cobbles and he’s targeting more than one resident.
Lisa’s teenaged daughter Betsy fears for her life when Rob appears to stalk her. Pictures show the moment Betsy flees as she believes she’s being followed, while a hooded Rob is shown scanning the street too.

Betsy has already been warned by mum Lisa not to go out alone while Rob is out there, but Betsy ignores her pleas. While out in the precinct, she realises she’s being followed and races to safety and soon we see Rob is the person trying to get to her.
The next day Carla is left reeling when Lisa breaks the news to her that a body has been found near the hospital and they think it might be Rob. Carla heads to the mortuary tasked with identifying whether the body is Rob’s, but is he dead and what’s happened?
Elsewhere, there’s minimal hints about the fallout to this week’s deadly hit and run with David Platt and Daisy Midgeley left fighting for their lives. Accusations are thrown around, and soon Kit Green is struggling to contain his anger when he is informed that Andy Garland has been arrested and is claiming the crash was a drunken accident.

Also next week fan favourite Yasmeen Nazir leaves, after actress Shelley King left the role. But she has one last surprise in store before she goes, when she announces to granddaughter Alya she’s sold her share of the business.
Alya soon comes face-to-face with the new business partner, and there’s trouble when the menu has been changed leading to Alya attempting to stamp her authority. But who are they? Emotional scenes will see Alya and residents say farewell to Yasmeen as she exits.
Also next week there’s danger for Cassie Plummer, as Tracy Barlow takes her revenge in cruel scenes. Cassie has finally been exposed for drugging and stealing from Ken Barlow.

His daughter Tracy wants vengeance on her but she could take things too far. With Cassie unable to get a job after her antics, she’s also sad to learn she’s burnt her bridges with residents including lover Steve McDonald and her son Tyrone Dobbs.
Tracy is furious when Cassie remains out of prison for her crimes and takes matters into her own hands. Tracy claims she wants to air out her differences with her enemy and soon makes her true agenda very clear, when she hands recovering addict Cassie a bag of drugs.
Determined to ruin her life she urges Cassie to take the drugs, with Cassie left tempted but will she relapse? Tracy also gets a surprise this week when her lover Tommy Orpington returns to the show and drops an announcement.

Dylan Wilson faces trouble in the STC thanks to new pal Brody, while Dee-Dee Bailey is convinced she is doing the right thing by planning to have her baby adopted after the birth, but her father Ed doesn’t agree.
