The scenes left fans of the ITV soap in tears
Coronation Street fans have issued a warning to show bosses as Dylan Wilson discovered his fate after the death of Mason Radcliffe.
As fans of the ITV soap know, Mason became the victim of a knife attack at the hands of his own brothers after a terrified Dylan pulled a knife during an unprovoked attack, fearing for both his and Mason’s lives.
After helping DS Lisa Swain to get Matty and Logan arrested and questioned over a possible involvement in her partner Becky’s death, Mason decided his time on the cobbles was up and he accepted a job offer from Stu Carpenter in Germany.
But after Mason asked Dylan to keep a look out as he hunted their home for family photos to take with him, Matty and Logan appeared and gave chase, ready to attack.
While they weren’t carrying a knife, a terrified Dylan, played by Liam, tried to protect his pal, only for his decision to end in Mason’s horrifying death.
During the latest episode of Corrie on Wednesday, viewers saw that Dylan’s fate was finally decided as he was sent to the STC for six months.

There were emotional scenes as Dylan’s dad Sean Tully had to say goodbye, but was busy trying to promise his son he’ll speak to his solicitor Adam Barlow to get the sentence changed.
Dylan implored him to just say goodbye as there was nothing that could be done and he needed to be published for what happened.
Later, Dylan was seen making his first entrance into the STC and he immediately faced trouble from his fellow inmates, making it a worrying start of his sentence for the teen.
But Corrie fans were quickly flocking to social media with pleas for Dylan to be kept safe. @johnneladderley said: “Sweet Dylan. Definitely wanted to see more of him on the show.”
@sophieredmondxx1 commented: “Corrie u better not let anything bad happen to him. We already lost Mason I can’t lose dylan as well.” @andrewalanwatson added: “Poor lad. Dylan isn’t strong enough for prison.”
