Coronation Street fans are convinced they’ve worked out the real identity of new character Lou Michaelis after she made her debut
Corrie viewers believe they’ve cracked the mystery behind new character Lou Michaelis, suspecting a connection to Weatherfield royalty. The soap recently confirmed that viewers will meet a fresh duo – Lou (played by Farrel Hegarty) and Mick (Joe Layton), tagged as “nightmare neighbours” who settle into Mawdsley Street on the famous cobbles.
They’re set to wreak havoc among the locals, with word already out that this troublesome pair will spark “absolute carnage” and be at the centre of some jaw-dropping events. Lou burst onto the scene on Wednesday (February 12), giving Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) grief over a purchase in the shop.
Her encounter with Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) suggests a shared school run history, leading to drinks at the Rovers Return. As the community braces for Mick’s eagerly awaited debut on Friday (February 14), speculation is swirling amongst fans over Lou’s actual identity.
