Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian) are all loved up in EastEnders later this month – but the speed bumps in their relationship are far from over.
After the pair finally spent the night together following months of false starts, forthcoming scenes see them finally decide to make a proper go of things.
Teddy is besotted with Sharon, and they agree to tell respective exes Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) and Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) that they’ve made things official.
The timing could not be worse for Nicola, however, who learns of their relationship as she is preparing for the relaunch of nightclub Peggy’s.
Desperate to get back with Teddy herself, Nicola soon sets about derailing her ex-husband’s new romance and tries to enlist Phil’s help.
He is seemingly less bothered by Sharon and Teddy, however, and refuses to be Nicola’s co-conspirator.
Nicola refuses to relent, though, and later heads to No. 55 to talk to Phil, but is shocked by what she finds.
She later informs Sharon of her discovery, believing it will drive a wedge between her and Teddy.
While Sharon heads to see Phil, Nicola seizes her moment to tell Teddy she wants to repair their broken marriage.
As she then makes a big gesture, will Teddy’s feelings for Sharon be swayed?
