EastEnders viewers have been left fearing Bianca Jackson is dead as the soap has failed to confirm whether she’s still alive after being taken hostage by Reiss Colwell
EastEnders enthusiasts are gripped by fear that Bianca Jackson, portrayed by Patsy Palmer, might have met a grim fate after she was taken captive by Reiss Colwell, played by Johnny Freeman.
Devotees of the BBC One drama will recall the tense moment when Bianca viewed the damning CCTV footage that placed Reiss at the care home on the night Debbie died.
Confronted by Bianca to come clean, Reiss ultimately admitted to being the real perpetrator behind his wife’s murder, not his expectant partner Sonia Fowler, enacted by Natalie Cassidy. Despite destroying the flash drive containing the evidence, Bianca remained resolute about informing the authorities.
Reiss attempted to bargain with her, claiming he had proof that could exonerate Sonia stashed in a lock-up and would surrender it if she allowed him to flee.
The two made their way to the sound-proofed storage unit, where Reiss disclosed there was no such evidence and appeared to use a blanket to suffocate her, reports the Daily Star.
However, the following day saw a very much alive but enraged Bianca hurling objects at Reiss upon his return to the lock-up, having been left shackled overnight.
Bianca implored Reiss to release her, yet he divulged his plan to keep her confined until Sonia’s liberation from prison, which, with her trial still months ahead, seemed a distant hope.
Now, two weeks on, fans of EastEnders are left in suspense, with the show providing no updates on Bianca’s dire predicament.
On X, one viewer expressed their concern: “Can we talk about how Bianca is still locked up in that garage pls.”
A second fan quipped: “Bianca anyone? #EastEnders”, accompanied by a skeleton image. A third joked: “Thinking about Bianca surviving two weeks on a sandwich #eastenders.”
“Has everyone forgotten about poor old Bianca? I assume Reiss is sneaking off daily to care for her, and nobody’s raised an eyebrow”, one viewer pointed out.
“BIANCA BETTER NOT BE DEAD OHMYGOD #Eastenders”, exclaimed another.
