Nish Panesar and Suki Panesar seemingly fell to their deaths on EastEnders Wednesday night – but are these Navin Chowdhry and Balvinder Sopal’s final scenes?
Nish Panesar and his wife Suki Panesar have seemingly fallen to the death on EastEnders.
In shocking scenes on the New Year’s Day’s episode of the BBC soap, Nish Panesar – played by Navin Chowdhry – finally got his revenge on his wife Suki (played by Balvinder Sopal) for leaving him.
Nish was left stunned when Suki decided she wanted to end their marriage for good, but things only got worse for him when he realised she was in love with Eve and the pair eventually decided to get married themselves.
Thinking Nish was out the way, preparations for the wedding ramped up – only for Nish’s sudden return to leave them both fearful. However, the wedding day seemed to go off without a hitch – until Nish showed up.

Both Vinny and Ravi kept him away at first, long enough for Eve and Suki to say I do, but a shocking twist aired when the married couple headed upstairs to the Honeymoon Suite. After drinking some champagne left out, Eve suddenly struggled to breathe – with Nish appearing and explaining that he had poisoned her glass and had planned to kill both him and Suki too.
Struggling to get away, Suki ran out to the balcony and begged for help, as Ravi broke down the door and confronted his dad. In shocking scenes, Nish goaded Ravi about his romance with Denise before he pushed his dad over the balcony.
However, he was unaware that Nish had tied himself to Suki to ensure that Ravi would push them both off the balcony and let them fall to their deaths, just as he had wanted to happen. Ravi’s face turned to shock as he realised what he had done, with both Nish and Suki left lying lifeless on the floor. Will either of them survive?

Nish was shown with blood all around him, as his death was seemingly confirmed – but is he alive and did Suki survive the fall? Neither Nish or Suki – or Eve – are mentioned in the upcoming spoilers, could that be the biggest clue they are all dead?
Speaking about the big wedding scenes, Balvinder shared: “There’s always a lot of drama. I mean, forget Walford, you’ve got the Panesars. They were born into drama! Drama follows them everywhere, so yes, in true EastEnders, Walford style, you can expect the Panesars to bring a whole load of high-intensity drama.”
