Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks’ Frankie Osborne is set to be targeted in upcoming scenes as part of a new storyline involving the mysterious Kat.

It was recently revealed that Frankie, who has just been in court after her twin brother JJ was charged and sentenced with her rape, is set to face more danger in a new storyline involving Kat.

After JJ’s trial ended and Frankie returned from court, she received a friend request on social media from Kat.

Viewers will know that Darren secretly already knows Kat, as she lived next door when he ran away from home and stayed with Charlie.

At Christmas, Kat asked Darren for help to get to Dover, but Darren inadvertently led her back to Rex, who had been keeping her in a safe house.

In scenes which will air next week, Frankie and Dillon help Lucas clear up after The Hutch’s launch party. Rex offers Dillon the chance to move into James’ old place. Dillon asks Lucas to move in with him, having recently got back together after Dillon was revealed as the father of Lucas’s sister’s baby.

On Lucas and Dillon’s moving day, Ste offers to help even though he is finding it difficult. Rex brings Kat over, who tells Frankie she’s a dancer and follows her on her social media.

Kat opens up to Frankie about the abuse she suffered at the hands of her uncle. Darren then questions Frankie about Kat, wondering why the stranger is hanging around with younger people.

Darren and Nancy have an anniversary meal, but after hearing the loud music coming from Dillon’s party, Darren is left concerned about Frankie.

Darren goes to check on Frankie at the party and pulls Kat aside, telling her Frankie is his daughter. Frankie sees them talk and becomes worried that Darren is hassling her. Wanting to prove to his daughter he’s not boring he joins in the party.

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
