Fans of the show think the next fight between Billy and Ross will not go to plan

Emmerdale fans think they have figured out what’s up with Billy as they predict his next fight won’t go as planned.

Billy has been participating in underground bare-knuckle boxing to earn extra money for his family over the past few weeks. However, this began to go wrong after Billy was paired up against Ross, who returned to the village following a long absence.

During the fight, Ross was winning until he was distracted by Mack, leading to Billy knocking him out. This upset the organiser of the fight, Jade, who demanded a rematch between the two.

In the latest episode, Dawn found out about the fights and chastised Billy for putting his family in danger, after Billy revealed Jade had threatened her and the kids. She got Billy and Ross together to plan, and demanded that Billy take a fall in the next fight.

Billy was resistant and went to meet up with Mack, who also encouraged him to do the same, but Ross soon appeared to wind him up. Now, fans of the show think Billy might not be able to go through with the dive.

One fan predicted a twist, in that Dawn’s plan would not work, @OrvilleLloyd wrote: “Is Billy going to get badly injured? Also Ross has a connection to Dawn. I sense things aren’t going go to Dawn plan.” @LeroyStHillwell went on to say: “Oh look another man Ross is making insecure”.

Other fans were also convinced that, without a distraction, Billy did not stand a chance against Ross in a fight. @Chris1968E said: “Billy U were getting lamped til U got in a lucky dig so stfu & take a pasting”.

@DionPetrie added: “Didn’t look like you were winning last time Billy until Ross was distracted”.
