She’s not been seen on-screen for a few days.
Emmerdale spoilers for the latest episode that has aired on TV.
Emmerdale has shared an update on Belle King’s whereabouts after her recent absence.
Belle hasn’t been seen on-screen for a few days, but tonight’s (October 31) instalment showed that she had admitted herself to a mental health treatment centre, as she had started hearing voices again following Zak’s death.
The support worker explained that the staff were pleased that she hadn’t heard any voices or suffered any other symptoms after they reviewed her medication.
She added that they didn’t want her to leave the centre just yet, and Belle agreed, saying that she didn’t feel ready.
In fact, Belle admitted that she was still under an immense amount of stress, and was worried that people would believe her evil husband Tom over her, and she’d go to prison.
Sam and Lydia went to visit Belle in the centre, but she barely responded to them, except to repeat her belief that Tom will pin everything on her. She perked up when Sam mentioned his arrest and the tablet, although Lydia tried to temper her expectations as they didn’t know the outcome yet.
In other scenes, Tom was interviewed by the police about the missing laptop and the various drilled holes around the house. DS Foy produced an invoice for multiple cameras, telling him that his home wasn’t the only thing full of holes.
Tom tried to spin various tales to get out of the situation, but the police eventually provided the tablet. It still needs to go through testing, so Tom was released for the time being. But is Tom’s downfall finally in motion?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
