Coronation Street star Charlotte Jordan said she would ‘take’ being compared to one of the biggest names in music right now as she shared an honest response to comments about her appearance.
The actress was flooded with compliments as she took to social media with a new video which showed off her recent glamourous look at the National Television Awards.
Charlotte, who is famed for playing Daisy Midgeley in the ITV soap, was among the array of cast members who swapped Weatherfield for London as they hit the red carpet and attended the annual ceremony at London’s O2 Arena last week.
Now, having previously shared a number of images from the star-studded event, Charlotte has shared a new video which gives a closer look at her stunning appearance for the special night.
The soap star, who joined Corrie back in 2020, looked sensational as she donned a fitted sheer gown while striking a number of poses for the camera. The dress boasted a lace sweetheart neck and light body that finished at the thighs before a sheer lace skit took over.
She accessorised with multiple rings and a pearlised bag while she also wore a pair of silver heels and kept her brunette locks down and styled into curls into soft curls with her matching bangs framing her face.
Captioning the post, Charlotte wrote: “A little glowy glam for this years nta’s,” before adding a list of products that were used. And it didn’t take long for the comments to come flooding in.
When @kushting said: “It’s giving brunette Sabrina Carpenter,” referring to the American singer, @sophieannbarker echoed: “I was about to say the same!!!” to which Charlotte excitedly replied to them both: “Omg i will TAKE IT,” alongside a crying face emoji.
Meanwhile, when @magortumargai gushed: “How can someone be this beautiful,” Charlotte wasn’t shy in responding with the truth about her look for the awards bash, saying: “By using 290 beauty products lighting equipment and hair extensions. Slay.”
