Sarah Roberts was all smiles as she stepped out in Sydney after her ex-husband James Stewart moved on with their Home and Away co-star Ada Nicodemou.

The soap opera actress, 39, put on a glamorous display as she stepped out on the red carpet solo for the Sydney premiere of her latest film Runt.

Sarah, who quit as Willow in Home and Away in 2021, put on a leggy display in a stylish white mini dress as she appeared to be in jovial spirits.

Letting the dress do all the talking, Sarah was subtle with her accessories, choosing a simple chunky gold bracelet to bolster her chic outfit.

She finished the ensemble with a pair of clear, strappy heels and styled her brunette tresses in glossy waves across her shoulders.

After posing for a series of pictures solo, she joined a whole host of her Runt co-stars as they posed for group photographs while celebrating their movie’s release.

She grinned alongside the likes of Celeste Barber, Lily LaTorre, Jack LaTorre, director John Sheedy, Matt Day, and writer Craig Silvey.

Sarah stars as Gretel Patel in the film, which tells the story of ten-year-old Annie (Lily LaTorre) and her stray dog Runt as they attempt to win the Agility Course Championship at the Krumpets Dog Show in London.

Sarah’s latest red carpet outing comes after her ex-husband James revealed in April that he had moved on with his on-screen love interest Ada.

Home and Away co-stars Ada and James were first believed to be dating after bombshell photos emerged of the pair packing on the PDA on Anzac Day.

The pair enjoyed a beverage together at The Royal Hotel and were later seen getting cosy outside the establishment after leaving the venue.

There have since been multiple sightings of the on and off screen couple together.

The news of James and Ada romance came after Sarah confirmed to Stellar magazine that she and James had finalised their divorce after quietly separating.

‘I just want to say that I am divorced,’ she told the publication.

‘Sometimes people grow apart and that’s okay… I got to a point where I realised I couldn’t grow in the way I wanted to within this particular relationship.’

Sarah and James wed in 2019 after getting engaged in November 2018. He had proposed at the restaurant where they’d had their first date a year earlier.

The pair tied the knot at Luttrellstown Castle, on the outskirts of Dublin, Ireland, in July 2019.

Sarah starred on Home and Away from 2017 to 2021, before walking away to focus on her film career.

She recently reflected on her relationship with James after his new romance emerged, revealing that she wasn’t happy for ‘a while’ but has now found ‘peace’.

‘For a while I wasn’t the happiest chappy on the block but I’m loving life at the moment,’ the 39-year-old told the Herald Sun in August.

‘So much has changed. I don’t have any regrets,’ she continued.

‘I think (it’s good) if you can learn to grow, which is what I always wanted to do within my marriage. I wanted to do it with a team partner and that’s going to be someone else now.’

The TV star added that she is working hard to ensure she can be open and honest about her divorce journey.

‘I really dislike dishonesty and I think if people can step into their authenticity, there’s power in that,’ she said.
