EastEnders viewers can expect to see some of the most dramatic scenes of the year so far in Walford next week, as a horrifying incident leaves lives in danger on the BBC soap
BBC’s EastEnders airs scary scenes next week, as a disaster at the club leaves lives on the line, while another character’s secret revenge plan could be exposed.
An affair could be outed in the worst way, as a couple give into passion just as disaster strikes. There’s two new arrivals in Walford too, but it’s not the happy reunion one character is hoping for.
There’s some divorce news, a prison sentencing and one character’s lies could catch up with her. The main event of the week is a crush ‘stunt’ at Peggy’s nightclub, during carnival celebrations.
Penny Branning is underprepared for her club night and attempts to flog some last-minute tickets, but Chelsea Fox decides to sabotage her rival. She will be seen meddling with the booking system to make more tickets available online, even though the event is almost at full capacity.

Chelsea’s decision will result in lives in danger as Peggy’s becomes dangerously overcrowded leading to chaos, and characters are injured. As the drama unfolds, Cindy Beale and Junior Knight are getting steamy in the office of the club.
As characters fight to get out of the club as a crush ensues, will they end up being caught out? In the fallout to the devastating incident, detective Jack Branning is distraught as he arrives at the scene to see the aftermath of the crush.
But is everyone okay or will tragic scenes be confirmed? Chelsea will attempt to cover up her involvement in the incident, but could Penny face serious trouble?

Elsewhere, George Knight is reunited with his long-lost brothers Kobina and Kojo who arrive in Walford with family friend Angela. He can’t bring himself to meet them but soon changes his mind, leading to a death confession that leaves the brothers reeling.
With their relationship already fractured, George fears he’s lost them already and a moment with Kojo leaves him eager to win back their affections. Soon there’s some sad exit news, but will everything work out?
Finally next week Sharon Watts is left worried by a sinister message she receives, amid Bernie Taylor targeting her. But Bernie’s plan could fall apart and she could be exposed as she misplaces her burner phone.
EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
