Stacey Solomon has recently shared snaps of her beach holiday with husband Joe Swash and their children where she discussed her fitness and body image
Stacey Solomon has revealed she is fighting back tears as she heads off on holiday with her husband and five children.
Stacey, 34, posted photos of herself with her husband Joe Swash, 42, and her children on social media showing them about to jet off on holiday.
However, behind the scenes, Stacey is worried that it could be her last family holiday with one that includes her eldest son Zach, 16, as he matures and grows up after finishing his GCSEs.
A source told Closer UK that Stacey is worried that this time next year Zach, who she had when she was 18, will want to go on holiday with friends rather than the rest of his family.
The source explained: “While she couldn’t wait for their summer family holiday, it was also a little bittersweet. Behind her smile, Stacey’s quietly heartbroken that this could potentially be their last holiday all together.
“Zach is growing up and becoming more independent, and while she’s so proud of him for working and doing all he’s doing, she worries that in a year’s time, he will want to go away with his friends rather than tag along with Stacey, Joe and the younger ones…It makes her so teary that Zach, her baby, is growing up and will have a life of his own.”
Alongside Zach, Stacey has four other children. Of this quartet, she shares her three youngest, Belle one, Rose, two, and Rex, five, with EastEnders actor Joe Swash. Stacey also has 13-year-old Leighton.
Since heading out on her holiday, Stacey has shared a number of snaps on Instagram and discussed updates on her fitness and body positivity.

She wrote: “I haven’t committed to the gym this year the way I was able to last year. I don’t know why but for some reason I was conscious about it before coming away.
“I worried people would notice (so silly I know as I usually don’t even think about those things, but I felt a weird pressure).
“However looking back on pics from the beach yesterday I can see I’m still so beautiful. I look a little different from my last holiday but just as beautiful.
“Doing my everything to make sure my girls know how beautiful they are and don’t measure their beauty against anyone else. And do the things they love because they make them feel good, not look a certain way.”
