EastEnders airs some big moments and discoveries next week on the BBC soap according to new spoilers, with trouble and then joy for Suki and Eve, concern for Jean and news about Kojo
There’s some festive joy on EastEnders next week, but there’s also secrets and lies and worrying scenes.
More than one character sparks concern next week, from money woes to health fears. There’s some discoveries and big decisions, with some huge changes in Walford.
A huge focus of the week is on Cindy Beale and Junior Knight’s affair, following an incident with Kojo Asare. Kojo’s fate was teased in spoilers after a hospital dash yet to air onscreen, while next week his fate is confirmed.
Kojo is alive amid fears he was being killed off, and Junior finds out he knows about his fling with Cindy next week. Junior is tasked with keeping his uncle quiet, but will Kojo tell everyone the truth?
The affair is continuing, amid a health scare for Cindy’s oblivious husband Ian Beale. Ian finds a jewellery box in Cindy’s pocket which has been gifted to her by Junior – so will he realise he’s been betrayed?
As for Ian he’s keeping a secret of his own, when he’s dashed to hospital with chest pains. He refuses to tell Cindy about the issue despite his mum Kathy blaming her for his stress.

Elsewhere and there’s trouble in paradise for Eve Unwin and Suki Panesar, but fear not it doesn’t last for very long. The pair are still apart after Eve learned the truth about Keanu Taylor’s murder, Suki’s involvement and Nish taking the blame.
Stacey Slater urges her pal Eve to speak with Suki next week, as she and Eve make amends after Stacey’s own lie about the incident. But as Suki and Eve share a tense exchange, Eve ends up storming out and Suki is completely heartbroken.
But Eve soon has a change of heart it seems after a heart-to-heart with pal Stacey. As a result, Eve makes a bold gesture at the Christmas lights switch-on to Suki amid their previous plans to marry – but what does she have in store?
From there on it’s teased the pair could finally be happy, while of course it’s soap land so who knows. But Sukeve fans will see the pair agree to get their wedding plans back on track, with them said to be “the vision of happiness”.

When Stacey remains concerned, she asks Jack to look into it – but what will he find? Elsewhere in Walford, Mo Harris faces more trouble at the market while Peter Beale and Lauren Branning agree to put their issues behind them.
Alfie Moon is concerned for pal Linda Carter over her drinking, while Yolande Trueman is also seen struggling. Then there’s a possible romance too for Teddy Mitchell and Sharon Watts, leaving his ex Nicola seething.
