Emmerdale viewers believe a recent scene may confirm a new suspect in the Nate Robinson murder whodunnit on the ITV soap, with his death yet to be uncovered
Some Emmerdale viewers have ‘rumbled’ a new suspect in the shocking death of Nate Robinson.
The character was seemingly killed off in September, while at the time we, like characters, assumed he had just left. Nate was leaving the village after a row with his dad Cain Dingle and his partner Tracy Robinson, after being falsely accused of having an affair with Cain’s wife Moira Dingle.
The last person to see him was John Sugden as Nate vowed to confront Moira, just before the barn explosion. John told him it was not a good idea and Nate agreed, before seemingly leaving for good.
So imagine the shock of fans just weeks ago when his body was shown under an icy lake, found by Amy Wyatt. Clues on the body alluded to it being Nate, including a jacket sleeve and a bracelet.
The bracelet led to Amy questioning if it was Nate dead under the water, but sadly she died before she could report her findings. Now, the body remains under the lake and Nate’s mystery killer continues to cover their tracks.

The main suspect according to viewers is John, as he was seen acting weirdly in the episodes that followed. Another suspect is Caleb Miligan, Nate’s uncle, and the show seem keen to put Caleb and even Cain in the frame.
But now a new suspect has been revealed with fans wondering if a piece of clothing is what will tease the identity of the real killer. Caleb and Cain were both wearing dark jackets recently, and then we saw the apparent killer at the lake disguised with a black hoodie.
So when Moira was shown wearing a dark hoodie in a recent episode, fans could not help but wonder if this was a clue that she was now a suspect. Moira was unknowingly battling a brain tumour at the time Nate vanished, and so she suffered memory loss and did things without realising it.
